We will depart for the Salinas Lagoon, leaving the city behind to enter the impressive natural landscapes of the region.

Our first stop will be in the traditional district of Chiguata, where you will enjoy panoramic views from the viewpoint of the volcanoes. Here you can admire the Andean countryside and ancient pre-Inca agricultural terraces.

Upon arrival in the charming village of Chiguata, we will visit the Church of the Holy Spirit, a local architectural gem. Afterwards, you will enjoy a traditional breakfast prepared with fresh ingredients from the region.

We will continue to the Alto Simbral, reaching an altitude of 4,200 meters above sea level. Along the way, you will observe the diverse Andean flora, including species such as the Queñua, Yareta and Tola.

Upon arrival at the Salinas Lagoon, you will enjoy a breathtaking landscape where we will spend between 1 hour and 1 hour and 30 minutes exploring this natural environment. During our visit, we will make strategic stops to observe various species of Andean animals in their natural habitat, including flamingos (known locally as parihuanas), vicuñas, llamas and alpacas. If you visit during the rainy season, you will be able to admire the mirrors of water that reflect the sky and the surrounding landscapes, creating a magical atmosphere. In the dry season, you will also have the opportunity to explore the salt extraction centers, where you can capture unique photographs of this ancestral process.

We will head to the hot springs of the mini volcano of Logen, where you can relax in a thermal bath surrounded by Andean nature.

We will return to Chiguata to enjoy a traditional Andean lunch, closing the experience before returning to the city.

We will start our return trip to Arequipa, taking with us memories of a day full of nature and culture.

Approximate arrival in Arequipa, where the tour will conclude a few blocks from the Plaza de Armas, leaving you in a convenient place to continue exploring the city.
